Sports:Barcelona star agrees new contract

The La Liga champions have announced that they have reached an agreement with Javier Mascherano. According to the new deal, the player will spend three years at Camp Nou.
Speaking on the Argentina international’s contract, Albert Soler, the director of institutional relations, stressed: “We don’t have to talk about him. The club announces that we have reached an agreement to improve his contract in the next three seasons with a better one. It was one of the issues that we had left.”
